Lucas Training & Consulting was founded by Danielle Lucas, a seasoned consultant, facilitator, and organizational strategist with more than two decades of experience driving change inside large, complex institutions. Her work at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services gave her a front-row seat to what transformation actually looks like — the wins, the resistance, the nuance, and the human dynamics that make or break a change initiative.

Danielle brings a rare combination of technical rigor and human warmth to every engagement. She is deeply fluent in lean methodology, A3 problem-solving, strategic planning, and leadership development — and equally committed to the belief that sustainable change requires people who feel seen, heard, and equipped, not just directed.
